Whats the best refurbished laptop to buy for student use? - philips refurbished

I my laptop for 3 years and I was looking forward to refurbished. I have tried places like PCWorld and especially on a Compaq that is very good and very cheap looking. I have on some pages, including this one, that Arent Compaq as well. Can you send me suggestions on what refurbished laptops are the best?

As a student myself, I suggest you for DVD Need (burn a rewritable random things all the time), but a Compaq would be a preferred option. This is a 1 GB of memory is sufficient to fund all the things I use the feed, except a lot to do, graphics, 3D Max, CAD, etc.
But the price difference is so close ........ You know what, take the Philips. The 2 Go is the best since I Vista.
