I am looking for a recipe called bistec ala mexicana.? - how do it look like mexicana

This is a dish that used to get in a Mexican restaurant for a year. I have never be good in every restaurant. The court can be ordered mild or hot. It was in a brown sauce. There were onions and strips of meat, but I have no idea what else is in it.

Steak. Pomadoro chopped fresh tomatoes (tomatoes regularly, if that's all you can, but very, very ripe), chopped onion, fresh serrano pepper, garlic, salt, black pepper. These are the ingredients of steak ala mexicana.

My wife says it looks like Mexican, what do you serve steaks Chile pasilla. Pasilla is using a taste, not too hot, dry pepper in many Mexican dishes. If you are a Mexican community in which to live, you can probably find that has the pasilla chili sauce --- not bad, btw. They could be found even in regular supermarkets.
